I make these quite a bit. Only for me. No toppings or dips. I like the crispness. No person in my house likes crispy issues. I have added sliced green onions towards the rice just before I flatten it. Excellent flavor.
Cook rice Area rice and h2o in a small pot (no lid) in excess of medium superior heat. After its bubbling, set the lid on and turn right down to medium very low. Cook for 13 minutes or crispy right up until h2o is absorbed no peeking!
